1. Where is your store located? Do you have any physical store?
We have only online store, we do not have any physical store. Our office located in Melaka, Malaysia.

2.Do you accept Cash On Delivery?
No we do not. We accept a wide variety of payments such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal.

3. What if the item have manufacturing defect? Can I return?
Yes, contact our staff and we will exchange for you.

4.How long before I receive my goods?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. However once we've confirmed your payment we will proceed with your order. Goods are estimated to reach your doorstep in 1-3 working days(West Peninsular). However for those who live at East Peninsular, it will take around 2-5 working day to reach your doorstep. 

5.Can I get a refund? 
Yes within 30 days of purchase. The product must be sent back in its original package and intact.

6.How can I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be provided after we shipped the item.

7. What if i receive defects item? 
Please contact out customer service team and they will immediately replaces a new one for you, T&C apply.
