Military tag format

U.S. Air Force Format 1:
Line 1: Surname, first name, middle initial
Line 2: Social Security Number, followed by "AF" indicating branch of service.
Line 3: Blood Group
Line 4: "blank"
Line 5: Religion

U.S. Air Force Format 2:
Line 1: Surname
Line 2: First name and middle initial
Line 3: Social Security Number, followed by "AF" indicating branch of service.
Line 4: Blood Group
Line 5: Religion

U.S. Marine Corps:
Line 1: Surname
Line 2: First and middle initials, blood group
Line 3: Social Security Number with no dashes and no spaces
Line 4: Branch ("USMC"),Gas Mask size (S-small, M-medium, L-large)
Line 5: Religious preference (or "NO PREFERENCE") or medical allergy if red medical tag.

U.S. Navy:
Line 1: Surname, first name, middle initial
Line 2: Social Security Number with no dashes or spaces followed immediately by "USN", space, blood group
Line 3: "blank"
Line 4: Religion (or "NORELPREF" if none)

U.S. Army:
Line 1: Surname
Line 2: First name, middle initial
Line 3: Social Security Number
Line 4: Blood type
Line 5: Religion

U.S. Coast Guard:

Line 2: Social Security Number no dashes or spaces followed immediately by branch (i.e. 123456789 USCG)
